Research is central to everything we do. We use evidence to understand who is being missed, why gaps persist, what solutions work, and whether communities trust them. What proves a model is ready? We assess whether solutions work, are affordable, protect dignity and data, earn community trust, and have a credible pathway to adoption and scale.

Building evidence for adoption. We work with government, health systems, districts, and refugee-led organisations to document what works and build credible pathways for adoption, integration, and scale.

This study examines factors linked to women being unaware of their HIV status and finds that most undiagnosed infections were long-term, highlighting the need for more targeted HIV testing and earlier access to treatment.
