Continuity of Care

Healthier lives. Stronger livelihoods.

Santé recognises that health and livelihoods reinforce each other. Illness can remove income, while poverty can prevent families from travelling for care, completing referrals or maintaining nutritious diets. Our programmes therefore address financial and social barriers as part of the health solution.

Livelihoods and Inclusion

What We Do

Financial tools that remove the barriers standing between families and care.

There are 1 in 2 families that struggle to stay connected to the care they need.

How it Works

Paid community roles and targeted
support where the need is greatest.

We create paid and income-generating community health roles for VHTs, CHEWs and refugee workers, while providing targeted referral and transport support for highly vulnerable households and creating opportunities for community-made products and responsible circular-economy initiatives.

Partnerships and Sustainability

Strengthening both refugee and refugee hosting communities alike.

We work through refugee-led organisations, humanitarian partners, settlement leadership, district authorities and community health structures.

Our goal is not only to extend services, but also to strengthen refugee leadership, local livelihoods and inclusive systems that benefit both refugee and host communities.
